ECHA invites comments on hazard classification and labeling for DIBP

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has invited comments on a proposal to amend the hazard classification and labeling (CLH) for diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), the agency says. DIBP is used as a plasticizer for nitrocellulose, cellulose ethers, and polyacrylate and polyacetate dispersions. The public consultation will be open for 45 days and will end on 9 May.
