Dow Chemical Increases Production Capacity of Acrylic Solution Polymers in Europe

Dow Chemical announced a 15% capacity increase at the company's acrylic dispersion plant at Villers-Saint-Paul, France. Construction has already begun and production is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2012. The plant is expected to reach its full capacity for manufacture of polyacrylic acid products at the beginning of 2013.
