BASF completes divestment of PolyAd Services to private equity firm

BASF says it has completed the previously announced divestment of its PolyAd Services (Earth City, MO) business unit to Edgewater Capital Partners (Cleveland), a private equity firm. Edgewater Capital Partners intends to grow PolyAd Services, further building on the expertise of the team.
