Eastman plans non-phthalate plasticizer expansion at Texas City

Eastman Chemical announced today that it is expanding capacity of its Eastman 168 non-phthalate plasticizers at its Texas City, TX, manufacturing facility. The expansion will increase overall capacity by approximately 15% and is expected to be operational by mid-2014.
