Warwick Chemicals secures £38.5-million debt refinancing

Privately held Warwick Chemicals (Mostyn, UK) says it has secured a £38.5-million ($60.3 million) debt refinancing package from the Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate & Institutional Banking (London), Lloyds TSB (London), and HSBC (London). The £38.5 million is split equally between the three banks. Warwick Chemicals is a manufacturer of the cleaning additive Mykon tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED).
