Suppliers Expand Product Offerings as More Merchandisers Go ‘Natural’

U.S. and Western European consumer demand for personal care products based on natural ingredients is posting double-digit growth and is expected to reach about $7 billion by 2012, says a recent study by Kline & Co. (Little Falls, NJ). In response, there has been an increase in the number and types of retailers that now carry these products, Kline says.
