Pulcra Chemicals buys Skintex from BASF

Pulcra Chemicals (Geretsried, Germany) says it has acquired BASF's Skintex business. The Skintex range was originally developed by scientists from the Henkel and former Cognis textile departments more than 10 years ago. Financial details were not disclosed. Buying the Skintex business brings it back into the group where it was created, Pulcra Chemicals says. Pulcra Chemicals is a former subsidiary or Cognis.
