Kuraray Sells a Consumer Unit

Kuraray (Osaka) says it will sell its Kuraray Family Products business that markets consumer goods, including health foods and cosmetics, to third-party health foods company Supliplusfamily (Tokyo). The sale is set to close April 1. Financial terms were not disclosed.
