European Group Drafts Natural and Organic Cosmetics Standards

Several European organizations that recently formed a working group are seeking comments on a proposal to harmonize natural and organic cosmetics standards. The European Cosmetics Standards Working Group has posted the proposal, called the Cosmetics Organic and Natural (Cosmos) Standard, on its Web site at: www.cosmos-standard.org.
