Degussa Plans to Expand Wisconsin Specialties Site

Degussa says it will invest $6.6 million to expand its care and surface specialties offerings at Janesville, WI. The investment includes a new 18 million lbs/year emollient esters plant, new equipment to produce pellets for hair care products, and new technology aimed at reducing emissions of methyl chloride at the facility.
