AkzoNobel to Distribute Corn Products' Personal Care Starches

AkzoNobel’s global personal care unit has reached a deal to distribute Corn Products’ line of functional, modified starches used for hair and skin care products, including bar soap and dusting powders. The multi-year alliance will allow the companies to grow their product portfolios, and specifically will provide AkzoNobel growth in its hair styling, skin care, and cleansing and conditioning pillars. The products include starch rheology modifers, “structure;” organic biopolymers, “naviance;” specialty starches...
