Air Liquide expands its health-care offering with BiotechMarine acquisition

Air Liquide has announced the conclusion of its acquisition of BiotechMarine (Pontrieux, France) by its health-care subsidiary Seppic. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.   BiotechMarine, founded in 1988, specializes in the in research and marketing of seaweed and plant bioactive natural substances used in the cosmetics industry.
