Lubrizol Closes Acquisition of Spanish Personal Care Ingredients Producer

Lubrizol says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Lipotec (Barcelona), which formed part of the Lipotec Group. Lipotec specializes in the development, manufacture, and sale of personal care ingredients based on three core technologies: peptide-based active cosmetic ingredients, delivery systems, and biotechnology products. The acquisition includes Lipotec’s cosmetic active ingredients business and its subsidiaries Diverdrugs and Lipofoods.
