FTC OK’s Omnova Pigment Buy

Omnova Solutions says it has received FTC approval to approve Dow Chemical’s hollow sphere plastic pigment (HPP) product line. The deal will expand Omnova’s product offerings to the coated paper and paperboard industry, Omnova says.
