Tikkurila Expands in Eastern Europe with Paint Acquisition

Tikkurila has agreed to acquire the business operations of decorative paint company Zorka Color (Sabac, Serbia). The deal will strengthen Tikkurila's position in Central Eastern Europe.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Tikkurila says the purchase price will be specified before the closing, and the price will be partly based on the future results of the business operations to be acquired.
