Sherwin-Williams Completes Purchase of Swedish Industrial Wood Coatings Producer

 Sherwin-Williams (SW) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Becker Acroma (Stockholm) from Wilh. Becker (Stockholm) for SK1.7 billion ($227 million). Becker Acroma manufactures industrial wood coatings globally and is a technology leader in water, UV, and other wood coatings, SW says.
