Sherwin-Williams Buys Arch Chemicals' Italian Industrial Wood Coatings Unit

 Sherwin-Williams (SW) has agreed to buy Arch Chemicals' industrial wood coatings business for €40 million ($54 million) in cash. The purchase will strengthen SW's global operations. Arch's industrial wood coatings business trades under the Sayerlack brand, and is headquartered in Pianoro, Italy.
