R&H to Sell European Automotive Coatings Unit to Mader

Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it has agreed to sell its European automotive coatings business to Mader Group (Lille, France), a maker of industrial paints and coatings. Financial terms were not disclosed. R&H says its manufacturing plant at Strullendorf, Germany is included in the deal.
