Quest Acquires Specialty Coatings Firm

Quest Specialty Chemicals (Seabrook, NH), which is owned by private equity firm Huron Capital Partners (Detroit), has acquired specialty coatings maker Custom Finishes (Brighton, TN). Terms were not disclosed. Custom Finishes will be managed by Quest subsidiary Raabe Co. (Menomonee, WI), and production will be moved from Brighton to Menomonee.
