PPG launches $27-million expansion of Mexico coatings plant

PPG announced today it is investing $27 million to expand its coatings manufacturing plant at San Juan del Rio, Querterano, Mexico. The expansion will involve four new buildings with 100,000 square feet of new production and laboratory space. The expanded plant will employ 115 people when it is complete in 2015, PPG says.
