PPG Industries reported fourth-quarter 2011 net income of $216 million, up 5% from the year-ago quarter, on sales up 4%, to $3.5 billion. Earnings per share of $1.39/share beat analysts’ estimates of $1.27/share, according to Thomson Reuters (New York)...
