Laticrete buys construction chemicals maker

Construction materials maker Laticrete (Bethany, CT) has purchased L&M Construction Chemicals (Omaha, NE), a maker of coatings, sealants, grouts, mortars, and color hardeners for the construction industry. Financial details of the transaction, including purchase price, have not been disclosed. The deal is expected to close in about three months, with integration of operations occurring throughout 2014, Laticrete says.
