Koppers Sells Wood Treatment Facility (Update)

Koppers has sold its wood treatment facility in Gainesville, Florida to Beazer East, Inc. (Pittsburgh), a subsidiary of building materials outfit Hanson (London). The property and buildings at the site have been sold, and it is currently unclear how Beazer will use them. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
