Kemira Buys Slovakian Paints Firm

Kemira’s paints and coatings business Tikkurila says it has agreed to acquire sales company Finncolor Slovakia (Martin, Slovakia). Tikkurila says it has agreed to acquire 100% of the business from its management. The transfer is expected to be completed on December 31. The company name will be changed to Tikkurila Slovakia.
