Financial terms were not disclosed. Halox produces phosphate-based corrosion inhibitor products for the paints and coatings industry, ICL says. The deal will extend ICL’s technical phosphate specialties offerings and expand its operations in the Americas, the company says. ICL has been working to expand into higher-value, downstream products. The acquisition of Halox comes three months after the company bought Cosmocel Group...
