The PE waxes have a number of uses in applications such as paints, coatings, adhesives, and inks, among others Honeywell says. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The technology features Zielger-Natta catalysts, which have been used in PE polymer production for over 50 years. The deal includes licenses to use the technology, but no production capacity or physical assets. Honeywell has an existing wax additive line...
