The company's operating profit nevertheless grew 5% between 2011 and 2012, from $137.1 million to $143.9 million. Sales figures were also relatively stable, nudging down only slightly, from $760.5 million in 2011 to $757 million last year; sales figures in the specialty products and chromium segments increased by about 2% and 4%, respectively.
