Depressed Housing Starts Chip Paintmaker Sales Growth

depressed housing starts and slow commercial building markets in North America and Western Europe have been chipping away at architectural paints and coatings sales growth since November 2006, says Phil Phillips, managing partner at Chemark Consulting (Southern Pines, NC).
