Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new business, named BASF QTech, will be run as an independent entity and focused on commercializing steam cracker furnace tube coatings developed by Quantiam Technologies. The coatings dare applied on the internal surfaces of steam cracker furnace tubes and coils, enabling the catalytically-assisted manufacture...
