Arkema to Buy Total's Coatings Resins and Photocure Resins Units

 Arkema plans to acquire Total's coatings resins and photocure resins for a €550-million enterprise value. The deal will bolster Arkema's acrylics segment, and establish the company as a leader in the global coatings resins market.
