Akzo to Buy Protective Coatings Maker

Akzo Nobel says it has agreed to buy protective coatings maker Ceilcote (Berea, OH) from KCH Group (Siershahn, Germany) for about €12 million ($16.3 million). Ceilcote specializes in high-performance, polymer-based corrosion control solutions for new construction and maintenance projects.
