Solazyme signs supply deal with textile lubricants firm

Algal oils producer Solazyme (South San Francisco) says it has entered into a commercial supply agreement with Goulston Technologies (Monroe, NC), a leading global producer of high-performance fiber lubricants. Goulston expects to commercialize a new class of sustainable products using Solazyme’s renewable high oleic oils for use in textile lubricants.
