Quaker Chemical earnings rise on higher volumes

Quaker Chemical today reported fourth-quarter net income of $14.1 million, up 8.5% year-on-year (YOY), on sales up 7%, to $184.3 million. Adjusted earnings totaled 98 cts/share, ahead of analysts’ consensus estimate of 89 cts/share, as reported by Thomson Reuters (New York).
