Quaker Chemical earnings rise on higher sales

Lubricants maker Quaker Chemical has reported a net income of $12.6 million, up 15.6% year-on-year (YOY), on sales up 1.8%, to $184.1 million. Earnings totaled 95 cts/share, beating analysts’ consensus estimate of 87 cts/share, as reported by Thomson Reuters (New York).
