ExxonMobil and Shell Are Considering Options for Infineum

ExxonMobil Chemical and Shell Chemicals have confirmed CW's exclusive report that they are considering options for their Infineum International (Milton Hill, U.K.) lubricant additives joint venture, which may include a divestment (CW, Oct. 31, 2007, p.13). ExxonMobil and Shell say that they have "agreed to evaluate market interest and will be discussing Infineum with several potential buyers."
