Ciba Opens Technical Service Laboratory in China

Ciba Specialty Chemicals says it has opened a new Technical Service Center at Shanghai, to serve the process and lubricants additives industry in China. The new center will perform key tests required for lubricant customers, including thermo-oxidative, wear and corrosion tests.
