Danisco and Mingtai Partner in MCC Food Deal

Danisco says it has joined with microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) manufacturer Mingtai Chemical (Taoyuan Hsien, Taiwan) to develop MCC products for the food industry. The deal adds MCC to Danisco’s Grindsted line of hydrocolloids. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
