This follows an in-depth investigation by the European Commission into the transaction and the conditions imposed, which made the sale "no longer feasible," DSM says. DSP has annual sales of about €100 million ($128.2 million) and employs 130 people at its Rotterdam and Sittard, the Netherlands sites.
