Symrise to Acquire Chr. Hansen Flavor Business

Symrise says it has agreed to acquire Chr. Hansen’s flavor business, for an undisclosed amount. The deal will be “Symrise’s biggest acquisition to date,” Symrise says. The flavor business generates sales of about €50 million ($76.8 million) and includes the seasonings, savory, sweet, and dairy flavor divisions, primarily in North America.
