Symrise acquires Belmay's fragrance activities reinforcing North American presence

Symrise (Holzminden, Germany), a leading producer of flavors and fragrances, has acquired the global fragrance business of the Belmay Group (New York), an international developer and manufacturer of fragrances and perfume oils, effective Monday. Symrise is taking over Belmay’s entire existing fragrance customer and product portfolio, the expertise of its R&D department, qualified specialists as well as selected property, plant, and equipment.
