Symrise Partners with Supplier in Enzyme-Modified Dairy Sector

Symrise says it has entered an alliance with First Choice Ingredients (FCI; Germantown, WI), an existing supplier of raw materials for producing enzyme-modified dairy (EMD) flavors. FCI will supply know-how under the deal. The alliance will expand Symrise’s natural dairy flavor portfolio, particularly in EMD flavors, and complement the former Chr. Hansen flavors business that Symrise acquired earlier this year, Symrise says.
