Symrise Finalizes Two Acquisitions and a Strategic Partnership

Symrise (Holzminden, Germany), a flavors and fragrances producer, says it has finalized the acquisition of the Brazilian activities of fragrance manufacturer Belmay (New York) and the acquisition of Trilogy Fragrances (Lakewood, NJ), and it has agreed to a strategic partnership with biotechnology company Indevex (Storebro, Sweden).
