Kerry Group in Talks to Acquire Cargill's Flavors Business

Kerry Group (Tralee, Ireland) says it is in exclusive talks with Cargill to acquire Cargill Flavor Systems for an undisclosed amount. The talks “may or may not” result in a sale, Cargill says. The companies say they are conducting consultations with employee representatives in relevant countries, which could take about four to six weeks.
