Kerry Group Acquires Savory Businesses, Reports 2008 Earnings

Kerry Group (Tralee, Ireland) has acquired Dera Holding NV (Bornem, Belgium), a savory flavorings company, the company announced in an earnings release. The Irish food conglomerate has also acquired Prima SA (San Jose, Costa Rica), a savory ingredients and flavorings business, and G Adams Pastry (Spalding, UK), a pastry company.
