Givaudan to acquire French producer of cosmetic ingredients Soliance

Flavors and fragrances group Givaudan (Geneva) today announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire 100% of Soliance and its subsidiaries. Soliance is currently a division of Agro Industrie Recherches & Développements. It provides innovative cosmetic solutions to international clients and partners and develops active ingredients, derived from vegetable sources, microorganisms and microalgae. Soliance currently has two sites in France, located at Pomacle and Ile Grande, and employs 77 people. The transaction is expected to close in...
