The acquisition “significantly strengthens” Frutarom’s technological capabilities and flavor offerings, particularly in soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, and makes Frutarom the number one flavors maker in the U.K., says Ori Yedudai, president and CEO of Frutarom. Belmay recently established a research department to develop organic products, which Frutarom says it will integrate into its own organics division to meet demand...
