Frutarom Acquires Flavors Maker

Frutarom Industries says it has agreed to acquire flavors manufacturer Belmay (Wellingborough, U.K) for $17.1 million. The acquisition “significantly strengthens” Frutarom’s technological capabilities and flavor offerings, particularly in soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, and makes Frutarom the number one flavors maker in the U.K., says Ori Yedudai, president and CEO of Frutarom.
