Flavors Market to Rise on Slight Demand

Demand for flavors and flavor enhancers in the food and beverage additives market is expected to grow 3.5%/year, valued at $2.8 billion by 2012, according to a preliminary Freedonia Group (Cleveland) study shared with CW. Growth is projected to be below the overall average for the overall food and beverage additives market.
