Privately held flavor and fragrance manufacturer FFG Industries (FFG; Upper Saddle River, NJ) and its six flavor and fragrance operating companies have merged to form a new company, Agilex Flavors & Fragrances. The new company will target the growing $3-billion “middle market” for flavors and fragrances, as well as select segments of the global consumer product industry, says Carlo W.
