Makhteshim and Firmenich Form Aroma Fine Chemicals Joint Venture

Makhteshim Agan Industries said on Sunday that it has established a joint venture with Firmenich, the leading privately owned perfume and flavors player, to produce Aleol aroma fine chemicals. The facility, located at Makhteshim's Ramat Hovav, Israel site, will begin production later this year.
