Sun Chemical Purchases Metallic Producer Benda-Lutz Werke

DIC's Sun Chemical unit has reached an agreement to purchase Benda-Lutz Werke GmbH (Traisen, Austria), a metallic effect products manufacturer. Terms were not disclosed.
